samsung express 2 sm-g3815 ''no command''

Hi
I have a samsung express 2 with original firmware
It stuck at boot loop after water drop and on my attempt to reset it says no command.
All hardware are functional and i tryed all knowned methods and button compillations but all i get is ''no command''
Can anyone help plz ?

Welcome to the forums. How long was the phone in water? This may not be a software issue, but hardware.

First of all i have to ty for the reply.
The phone was in water only for half a sec and i am gessing that is a hardware error
i simply triyng to fix it because the phone tryes to respond
is not worth to buy a new logic board because is 3 time more expensive than a new samsung sm-g3815
The other i notice is non of the known button compilation does not reterns the phone to recovery main screen with the recovery options and loops ''no command''.
