Bought my dad an Asus ZenPad 10 in October. Has worked great until now. When I turn it on, it won't get past the Asus logo screen. Read other forums, tried the following to no avail:
1) plug in, press power, bootloop on logo screen.
2) plug in, press power and up volume, select normal boot, bootloop on logo screen.
3) plug in, press power and up volume, select fastboot mode, screen doesn't move past boot selection screen.
4) plug in, press power and up volume, select recovery, "erasing" appears on first logo screen, bootloop on second logo screen.
Is there anything else I can try? Any help would be appreciated!
