Could a disabled Chrome continue to collect information on me in other words spy on me?

I do not trust Google as far as I can spit which is not very far I wanted closed down everything possible associated with them including uninstalling Chrome they will not permit that on my Galaxy S6 period I have installed Firefox but my question is could those ******* still be tracking my behavior gathering information on me via Chrome even though it's disabled?

If you have disabled Chrome, then Chrome is not going to run, so Google gets nothing from your phone via Chrome.
