Phone appears frozen.

[AC Question]

It's a Samsung I press the power button on the side then try to swipe to enter the phone but it won't let me, it lights up the bottom buttons when there pressed but won't let me in. Any ideas?

Are you able to boot into Recovery? If so, try a Cache Partition wipe.
