getting cellular and wifi data usage for a specific time

I'm on a moto g4 running android 7.0. I need to get my cellular and wifi data usage from within a specific 30 minute time period, however the graph in the data usage window under settings only shows data usage for a single period.

Additionally, is there a way to print a complete log of the data usage that is more detailed than the basic graph displayed?
