How can I adjust the Glass protector so that my screen increases sensitivity?

I just bought a new Samsung S8 and the store person applied a tempered glass protector, but when I got it home I have to press really hard onthe screen to get it to take commands

Only solution is to get one not curved. If it's curved it will affect sensitivity.
