I downloaded my pictures based on the advice here but none of my videos came over. any thoughts?

I connected to my laptop and pulled down the shade to change the USB notification and my pictures downloaded right away but none of my videos did. They are all of my 16 month old granddaughter and my company is making us update the phone which will wipe it. Please help!

Welcome to the forums. You can repeat the same steps to connect to your phone. Once that is done, you can navigate to the photos and videos. They should be in separate folders. You can then drag and drop to your PC.

Another option is to install Google Photos to your phone. You can then connect to your wifi, and upload them. Google allows unlimited photo upload and video as I recall.
