What is the best camera on a phone available?

I've looked into many phones for best rear and front camera available. I have checked out many phones and they either have too much noise in the photo or over saturated colors and even just washed out photos. Now I know nothing can compare to a DSLR or even a Point and Shoot camera. I know as I have 5 DSLR and 4 point and shoot cameras. I can say that the best two camera phones I have ever used was a Sony Xperia 10 and my current phone a galaxy s6. I have tried the new s8 and I can say I'm not impressed with it at all. The colors are more enhanced and the front camera does not focus well with a group of people and seems to be very washed out in colors. I feel my s6 can do much better with both cameras and look a bit more natural in comparison. But I need to upgrade to a better phone but my down fall is I am stuck with at@t as a carrier only because it's the only company that has coverage in my area. So any advice will be helpful.
