The other Galazy phones say go into Touch Wiz and clear data or cache---there is no data or cache on SKY phone in Touch Wiz app. I can only force stop of Touch Wiz or Touch Wiz Easy app.
I'm nervous about forcing stop of the Touch Wiz app unless someone who has experience with this advises me.
My SKY phone is always getting hung up on the Touch Wiz Error message.
