    I have an 11 month old Galaxy S7 Edge. I just stopped booting and is dead. Took it to the Sprint story and their tech agreed. Called Samsung to send it in under Warranty. I was honest when the said is there any damage. While it was in a case I had it in my pocket with my keys. Somehow the thin plastic over the camera lens on the back got cracked. They claim this voids my warrant while admitting it has nothing to do with the problem. They won't repair my phone unless I pay for it. Time for Apple!

    You think apple is any different?
    Go get the lens fixed and send the phone back for replacement.
