I had to perform a factory reset on my Galaxy J7 due to a continual self-restarting behavior. Afterward, upon setting up the homepage and apps, I found while previously I had had a selection of 8 or 10 different built-in clock/weather widgets, including a 4 x 4 resizable one which was my preference, I now have only 2: a 2 x 1 and a 5 x 1. Where are those that were installed before? What's the purpose of a 'factory' reset if the same features are not there, nor appear to be available? Sure, there are weather apps I can download from the store, but they aren't built by Samsung, they're apps and not widgets, and they have ads. 3rd party apps were the reason for the reset; I want to avoid unnecessary ones. Thanks.
