Screen is tinted after I unlock my phone.

From time to time, when I unlock my phone the screen, the screen looks like it is darker than normal. When I press the home button, it looks like there is a clear tinted app that closes. Anyone know what I am talking about?

My bad. I just googled samsung note 5 forum. Didn't think about it after that.. I have a Note 5
