Can't get past unusual black keyboard menu after entered PIN-code

We recently changed service provider and for a while our phones (1 P7 & 1 P9), worked like they always have. New PIN-codes was entered and the phones opened to the main menu, but switched immediately to a white digits on black background keyboard from where we cannot get further.
Anyone any idea?
And; we are also looking for the meny where we can switch off having to enter the PIN-code every time we wish to use the phones.
