Where did you get it from? If you got it from eBay, there is a chance it is a fake. If the card is too big, you'r device may not support it. You may also need to format the card before you can use it. If you have a PC, and it has Windows 10, you will likely need the third-party tool: SD Card Formatter, as Windows 10 only supports exFAT and NTFS filesystems. Some legacy devices do not support these newer filesystems. Search the web for what type of filesystem and cards your device supports.
