    I have had every known iPhone user from my contact attempt to respond to a SMS msg that I sent them. They received my txt, however I DO NOT receive any msgs from any iPhone user. I even checked their msgs on their phones to confirm txt msgs we're sent. I opened u a tckt w/MetroPCS, but it feels hopeless!!! HELP & THANKS

    @B.Diddy provided wonderful advice there! As someone who switches platforms all the time let me over some additional advice.

    1. Try having the receiving person delete the text thread between the 2 of you and start a new one if possible. This usually clears up most issues for me.

    2. I didn't see in the AC article the link to the deregister iMessage link. Below is a link from Apple that allows you to deregister your number from iMessage. Just punch in your number, they send you a code, you type the code into the site, and if iMessage wasn't properly turned off it will be now!
