The little window with this message keeps popping up. I have to keep hitting "ok" about every 2 seconds. How to get rid of the pop up and be able to use my phone? I'm on a Galaxy Note 4. Thank you!

Welcome to Android Central! Try going to the App Manager, tap Menu>Show System, and look for Smartcard Manager, then try Clear Cache/Clear Data. If that doesn't help, then try wiping the cache partition: https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-28932

Welcome to Android Central! Do you have the exact same phone and situation as the OP? This is a year-old thread, so it'd be helpful if you gave some of your own details
