    Have deleted the dialer (Handset symbol) by mistake from my one plus one phone. I can call using my contacts lists but cant get the numbers through which can call some other numbers.

    Welcome to Android Central! You probably just deleted the shortcut from the homescreen. Open the App Drawer and look for the Phone app there. Long-press it, then drag it back to the homescreen.
