My alarm clock doesn't sound

[AC Question]

I tried changing the sound and adjusting de volume but it just keeps doing a beeping noise. The draw over other apps error appeared and I tried to do something but I couldn't and then a legend appeared reading "the sound is off due to no permissions" or something like that.
