Mobile data is not connecting in Moto G3 - Data subscription changing in progress

Hi all,

My Moto G3 is not connecting with the mobile data in both the sims. I am facing this problem from past two weeks. After seeing the post to resolve this problem i have tried the following "Go to settings>>apps>>Scroll down to settings>>tap on storage>>tap on clear cache and clear data". When i am trying to clear data in settings it suddenly coming out the screen to the Home screen(I cant able to clear the data and cache).

I don't know how to resolve this. Could anyone please help and give a suggestion to get out of this.

Welcome to Android Central! Which carrier? Are you sure the APN settings are correct for the carrier? Have you asked your carrier if you could try a replacement SIM?
