Sim card reader broke, phone shutting off

[AC Question]

When I opened the back of my phone, the sim locker got off. When I put it back, inserting the sim, the phone won't open. What could be the problem? I I think the card reader is somewhat broke but I why is my phone shutting off? The model is myphone infinity 2 lite
