So I accidentally dropped my phone in a trash can while drying my hair after I got out of the shower. I picked it up and it started freaking out. Now there are lines all over my screen as if water got in it. There is no water thankfully. Can anyone help me out? Email me at: [address removed].

The impact, and/or moist air, presumably did damage. The nature and extent would need diagnosis by a repairer.
