Samsung Note 5 won't play videos, facebook & Instagram & youtube videos.

Samsung Note 5 wont play any videos for the last couple of months. Gallery videos - Unknown Error
Facebook & Instagram : freeze
YouTube:Error on playback

I had the same problem on my note 5 up until 1 minute ago. My phone is about a year old. Never a problem. It seemed this problem started after recent auto updates but I was not sure that was where it started. Any video regardless of source, even my own videos in my gallery would not play. I got ...unknown error video playback. I read I needed to delete Google+. I read more as I was afraid it would cause other issues but I learned deleting Google + would be no effect to me or 99% or people.
I went to my settings.
Scrolled down to Google +.
Clicked on it and then it gives you options.
Once you pick option to delete Google + it will give you all the info on what deleting Google + will and won't affect.
I proceeded and deleted.
Restarted my phone
Videos are playing on utube, FB, Instagram and my gallery. Yay!
