My phone is sending a text message when I receive calls. It rings only 1 time on my end??

I checked the "driving mode" option and looks fine.

You can extend the number of rings before your call gets diverted to voice mail. There is a code you dial to make this happen but it's different with each network, so it's easier to call the network provider and ask them to extend the ring duration at their end.
