Galaxy Note 4, clock sows incorrect time

[AC Question]

Since the DST change my phone has given the wrong time. I live in AZ and we don't change time at all. Anyway, I went in and no matter what I choose as a time zone, time is incorrect. Then I tried putting time in manually and it shows correctly on the main display, but shows an hour earlier on the top bar near my battery life counter. Anyone have this issue?
