    I have a Samsung Note 10.1 that I love. However, I am having an issue that Samsung nor the app creator is helping me with. I can download the am to my S6 but for my Note, it says "device has no carrier". It's wi-fi only - but why is that a problem?

    I have checked and the software is up to date. I can install other apps just fine.

    The app is Citrix ShareFile. And they have no clue why there is a problem. Samsung has no clue and says it's the app.

    I have NO other problems with the device. LOVE IT.
