What exactly is go launcher z and why is it using up all my storage and data?

I installed the app looking for assistance, but the permission I granted the app to have access allowed it to basically take over my Android, cancelling out the apps I enjoyed and installing apps that complicate an otherwise simple device. Not only that, but the apps go launcher z installed is eating up my storage and data, I get notifications asking if I want to change my monthly plan, it truely feels like this app is trying to extort me. Wtf?
