How to change apn setting for family mobile

When i go to setting then to cellular networks. The apn is not highlighted so i cant click on it to change the apn setting to family mobile or any other company, please help

If this is a problem with SMS messages, try changing the APN settings from your texting app.

Otherwise, you will probably need to contact your carrier.
