my lenovo tab not responding well after system update

My lenovo tab after system update shows msg like unforunately , phone has stopped . System UI stopped , dongel has stopped and many more . And i am not able to switch off the tab because of these windows what can i do ?

Can you press Power or Power+Vol Down until the device shuts, then boot into Recovery for a Cache Partition wipe?
