Hi, I am unable to answer the incoming calls from my Samsung S11,

I have an incoming call but the answer and reject icon are gone.. and it keeps ringing.
can someone help me.?

Welcome to Android Central! Just to be clear, you have a Galaxy S II (S2), right?

Does this happen when the phone screen is off, or when you're in the middle of using another app?
