hi guys, i just bought a brand new samsung galaxy s7 edge at an official samsung store in Taipei, so its not a fake or anything.
i bought it 3 days a go, and since then it shutted down 3 times and i needed to restart it. after the second time i went back to the store, they took the device for a check and they said everything is fine, and the reson might be because i downloaded an antivirus and ccleaner apps or something like that, so i deleted them. and today it happened for the third time, and this time the phone was getting overheated.
any ideas what it may be? i want to go back there and ask to replace it with a new one.
