why i had small pink colour dots in my S7 display ?

1 month ago suddenly few pink colour dots apper in my S7 display.. after some days they were incresed. actually what happen?

Welcome to Android Central! They could be dead pixels. If you reboot the phone, do those pink pixels stay the same? If so, and if the phone is still under warranty, contact Samsung for warranty repair.
