That's not a second SD card. The internal storage is represented by "sdcard", while external cards are represented as "external_SD" on android 5.0 and below. On newer versions, the external SD card is given a random name in this format:

    XXXX-XXXX

Going back to the second SD, newer versions of the android OS have multiple paths that lead to the same location. Take this for example:

    sdcard/
    mnt/sdcard/
    storage/emulated/0/

These all point to your primary internal storage location with "sdcard/" and "0/" being the same location. This is because older versions of android snd android apps used paths like mnt/sdcard/ as the primary, but newer versions of androud came out that had their own set paths. Newer versions of android have multiple paths, because some older apps need them to function.

Removing any of these paths or directories will likely break your devices filesystem. I do not advise attempting to tamper with them.
