My Samsung SM-T311 won't unlock after encryption

[AC Question]

For the past 3 years i got my samsung its SM-T311 and it got no problem.but now after i encrypted it . It will now wont turn on.it started to ask me for the password.the phone accepts the password but keeps restarting.after every restarts it asked me for the password again. I tried to full restart it but nothing changed

Welcome to Android Central! Phone or tablet? The SM-T311 is the Tab 3. Are you certain you're entering the correct password you set when you encrypted the device?
