Echo dot can no longer tell the weather

[AC Question]

When I ask Alexa about the weather forecast she replies with "something went wrong". I have tried updating my location address but it does nothing! I would rather not reset the device if possible as it is only this one feature that is not working correctly. Has anyone else come across this type of issue and found a solution?

Welcome to the forum. Not sure how much we can help with Alexa as it's proprietary to Amazon. Have you tried contacting Amazon tech support? I've found them to be helpful in the past.
