my samsung s watch is not connect

I have a friend with the same watch and to him connect perfect, I bought my watch after uptade the samsung manager gear and my watch is not connecting, i did reset my watch, I did remove my manager gear from my smartphone samsung galaxy s6 edge, I did download again, what can I do?

Welcome to the forum. The connection between the phone and watch is done via Bluetooth or sharing a common wifi network. Are either or both of them available and working? What kind of errors are you getting? More information would be helpful.
