Why phone keeps popping up that my mobile ID has stopped

It just keeps popping up... I can't do anything I've removed battery and tried restarting please help

Welcome to the forum. Sorry, you've got me on this one as it sounds like you've done what I would have suggested. Have you contacted your carrier? Seems to be related to that or possibly your SIM card.
