Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge, US unlocked version. Getting ready for a trip to Europe in a couple of days. Installed a SIM card from Onesimcard in Boston that's supposed to cover all of Europe and has a US capability too. After installing the nano SIM card I powered up the smart phone and received a "Please Wait" message the locks up the phone and will not complete the launch. Spoke to a technician at Onesimcard, who said the issue is with the SIM card and that the solution supposedly requires that I do a factory reset on my phone. Too much important stuff that cannot be replaced in two days before my trip.
Question 1: Anybody know how to work around this issue without doing a factory reset?
Question 2: Anybody able to recommend a good European SIM card that will work in all of Europe, especially Hungary and will install correctly on an S7 Edge?
Question 3: I use Verizon locally. Any thoughts on using the Verizon overseas plan?
Thanks.
