flashed a rom with gapps and now it wont stop saying this or that has stoped working how to fix this

galaxy tab2 10.1 p5113 flashed a rom with gapps and now it wont stop saying this or that has stopped working how to fix this wont show up to laptop atm. wiped and reflashed the rom by its self but still has the wizard has stopped and wont let tab do any thing

Reflash with the stock ROM. (If you can't get it into download mode, find a JTAG service that can handle a P5113 on eBay.)
