Why I can receive HD images in SMS/Messengers/Other apps but can't send?

Hi, my phone is Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime. In any messaging app, like Signal Private Messenger, Facebook Messenger or any other I'm getting nice, HD quality pictures from my friends. But when I try to send something, compression makes picture look awful and messy (even small pictures). I looked for any differences in configuration between mine phone and other android phone's I own and this terrible quality problem is occurring only in Grand Prime. Any help?
