    Hi everyone,
today my Samsung Galaxy S5 switched off unexpected and now it requires a password when I try to turn it on. As it is locked, I tried with the password I use everytime to unlock my screen, also with PIN and PUK but it doesn't work. The device counts my tries and now just 6 are left before deleting all my content and apps.
The only thing I see is a black screen with the message "Please enter your password to start". Has someone experienced this problem before? What password is meant in the message if it is not the device password for unlocking, the PIN or the PUK?

    Thank you very much!
