I turned my phone off while updating and now it isn't working?? What do I do?

It was saying it was configuring the apps and it froze so I took the battery out, then it started to update again and then it froze again and I turned my phone off. Afterward I turned it back on and it would stay on once screen and now it won't work

Try a Cache Partition wipe, if whatever device you have permits that.
