Anyone else had their S8 screen crack at the edge without knowing why?

I have had my S8 for just over a month. Noticed a tiny crack at the edge of the screen one morning. Since then it its spidering over the whole screen. SAMSUNG of course says it is not their issue. Was wondering if this was happening to others?

No issue with my S8 Plus. But I do have a screen protector on mine.

I have seen other reports that indicated they were not impact cracks. Stress cracks are not unknown, that may be what you're seeing. I would take it to your carriers store and see what they say. If there is no obvious impact point they may help. Worth a try. The S8 is the first phone I've ever bought insurance for, and that's with a case and screen protector.
