Reinstall whatsapp with different nimber help

[AC Question]

Hi
Im traveling around South america and i left my origanl sim card at home.
Now i have a local sim card with local number
My phone got injured by a virus which cause a lot of troubels(my fault) i want to restore everything but im afraid that i wont be able to log in with my origanl number and it willcreate me a new account with the new local number(peru)
I have lg g4 someone can help?
Another question: if im using lg backup and restore maybe it will restore also whatsapp with the original number?
