i am not recieving notifications from any apps.Can anyone help?

I have checked my settings, uninstalled and reinstalled the apps but even google play isnt working properly. I think its my mobile data maybe but im not sure

you should probably mention what phone you are using at the very least.

Welcome to Android Central! In addition to knowing which phone you're using, it would also help to know if this happens on both mobile data and wi-fi, and if this is only happening when the phone is asleep. Also, make sure you don't have any power-saving modes turned on, as well as Restrict Background Data (in Settings>Data Usage​).
