can we access into searched history of browser and send those data to the database?

The problem is I can't access the browser history, I know there are issues with privacy and that's why restricted accessing into browsed history. A long time ago it can. But now it's hard. I need to know how can I access into. it maybe has lot's steps. It's ok. I just need a small push for continuing this thing. Any help is greatly appreciated. Links, code, comments, questions. everything helps me see something I haven't yet or helps me search for better answers. Thanks!
