Optimizing apps doesn't finish?

[AC Question]

My BLU Life One X (2016) battery died today. So, when I got home, I charged it, and rebooted. However now, it goes into a message about optimizing apps, goes through most of them, but doesn't finish and turns off. It does the same thing, and does not finish each time. I cannot turn it on without it being plugged in, and when it is plugged in, it turns on automatically. What do I do?
