How do you delete blocked calls on the Auto Reject List?

My Auto Reject List is full. I can't figure out how to delete some of the old ones. I get telemarketers calling me all day long.

Welcome to the forum. Without knowing what phone and what you're using for the phone it's hard to give much advice. Generally, if you touch and hold an object you should see a menu come up with choices, which may include delete. If you're seeing that many calls you might want to consider something like Truecaller which has a very agressive anti-spam capability.
