[AC Question]

I've been to Verizon twice with no luck. They're telling me it's a Google issue. I called Google customer service and was on the phone with them for 2 hours. That was unproductive. I can't do anything on my phone. I enter my Google email and password and it doesn't work. I've held down power, home and volume down button consecutively and that takes me to an Android on the screen. Then the Android falls over and has a triangle over his head. I've also gotten a screen with 3 barcodes

Welcome to Android Central! What happens after you enter your Google account and password -- do you get an error message? Did you buy this phone brand new at some point, or did you get it used from somewhere else?
