Add a new device to Google play account

[AC Question]

All suggestions that I found tell to Tap "Settings" -> "Accounts" -> "Add Account." and then to choose the "Google" option. But unfortunately there is not such option on my phone (Meizu M5 note). Is there any other possibility to add the phone to Google play?

Is this a phone sourced from China? If so, you won't be able to without even more work (which I'm not certain how to do).

Yes, it is phone from China. But on older phone (also Meizu) with Flyme 6.7.4 ther is such option in the "Add account". May be the downgrade of the system will help?
