Well, SD cards, or what is on them, sometimes cause trouble. It may be worth temporarily removing it diagnostically. But of course that has to be done properly....Unmount and then Remove, in Settings, Storage.

okay. I already unmount n remove my SD card. now, i just need to keep my phone awake (because of this problem i have to turn off my phone to save my battery)

I would suggest rebooting the device and then give it a full charge. Use the device like you would normally for the next day and see if that helps.

1. can you please give me step by step how to reboot my phone?
2. is that my phone's data will be erase after i reboot my phone?
my phone type asus ZenFone 5

Press and hold the power button. You should get options to turn off the phone, possibly a reboot. Choose either option. If you power down, let it be off for a few seconds and press and hold the power button to turn it back on.

This won't delete any data.

You can try pulling all files like music and pictures you don't want to lose off the phone and then delete them off the phone. Do another reboot and see if that helps.

This is a problem I actually noticed on custom ROMs that have bugs in them. Sometimes they never stop loading the CPU if you have a big SD card in. If you are using a stock ROM, the try and do a complete reflash. If that does not help, try putting a stable build of LineageOS or some other ROM on your device.
